Privacy notice.
This notice explains how PVCORE LLC, doing business as PVCore ("PVCore," "we," or "us"), handles personal information collected through pvcore.services and our project inquiry process. PVCore is based in New Jersey, United States.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email address, company or organization, project location, requested service, project type, and project details. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information through the form.
Our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and security or error logs.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare scopes or pricing, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising or automated profiling.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers acting for us, including Netlify for website hosting and form processing and Microsoft 365 for business email. These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and external content
This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party web fonts. Essential hosting and security systems may use short-lived technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the site. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices before using non-essential tracking.
Retention
Inquiry records that do not lead to an ongoing client relationship are generally retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up, document the request, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Information connected to a client relationship may be kept for the duration of that relationship and afterward as required for contracts, accounting, dispute resolution, professional obligations, or applicable law. Security logs are retained according to our providers' operational retention schedules. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers PVCore, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it; and opt out of certain sale, targeted-advertising, sharing, or profiling activities. PVCore does not currently engage in those opt-out activities.
To make a request, email conor@pvcore.services with the subject "PVCore Privacy Request" and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children's privacy
The website and PVCore's services are intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we collect, including encrypted website transport, access controls, email authentication, and service providers with security protections. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when required, an additional notice at the point of collection.
